A Supp gold generation item meant to take no item slot in the inventory during the late game, allowing supps to build any other thing.

Unique Restriction: can't be bought unless you have made 200 of gold from
(this is 50 minions, this is a way to prevent solo laners from buying it, if they do they have to sacrifice the raw gold they gain from farming to get the item).
Effect:
Know the Way: After 10 minutes wearing the item it is consumed, gaining the full bonus without you having to carry it in the inventory, afterwards you can't buy any other gold generation support item (so you have time to switch to other item if you wish and so that you can't stack the passive or abuse the gold generation mechanics)
Miracle: 10% cooldown reduction for summoner spells (yeah I know we kinda already have
but even with resolve CDR it is just 30%, compared to old Eleissa which gave the player 25% summ CDR it is a fair trade).
Favor: being near an enemy minion that dies to an ally gives you 5 gold (1 less than normal upgrade)
Stats: 10% Cooldown Reduction 50% Health Regen (25% more than regular upgrade) 50% Mana regen (25% less than regular upgrade)
Effect on the meta and purpose: right now Riot is giving us the choice to have
to fuse the sightstone with the gold generation item and save space, but I think supps need an option that allows them to save more space (at the cost of paying with some utility and gold generation costs) but that also allows them to build
, or to even forget everything about the
and go for a more aggresive composition and build (or a more tanky/effective one) while still having the gold they need to do well (the gold will be less compared to all of the other gold generation items still). The restriction prevents solo laners from abusing the item so it is more oriented towards supports and it may be considered an unique candy for some of them, the good thing about this item is that it's adventage can mostly be seen late game and full build. This item will do specially well when combined with
+ Intelligence for max 45% CDR and Resolve's summoner spell cooldown reduction (for a total of 30%) so it will end up being more about utility. I know that there will still be solo laners buying it but the cost of doing so is high, yet that doesn't mean it won't be worth it, that I am sure, but at least this time it won't be stacked till the end of times and the concept is more solid than before.
