Mastery Emote Muting?

So when someone is playing a champion that requires very little effort in some matchups and the person playing that champion is a jerk, they spam their mastery emote. If you tell them that it's not difficult then they won't listen to you and just keep spamming it. I have an idea to fix this. Mastery emote muting. If someone is a jerk out of game then you have a choice to ignore them or not talk to them or tell other people that that person is a jerk and to avoid them, but in game the jerk isn't going to listen to you because it's the internet and they don't have a problem flaunting their so called "skill" to a random person playing a game that can't do anything to them if they do something that the perfectly reasonable person doesn't like them doing. Since jerks on the internet are more prideful than anyone else, don't listen to anything that anyone else says, and don't even have the general courtesy to be nice, I think mastery emote muting should be a thing that exists.
