[Skin Concept] Definitely Not Cassiopeia

I was thinking about the april fools skins and thought an awesome skin for cassi would be to mimic that snakes in a can gag. She'll have lots of colors w/ that dumb fake snake head as a hood and at the end of her tail is the can she popped out off (maybe w/ a few other "snakes" sticking out of it too). Her ult can have her squeeze into her can real quick and pop back out. her Q an W can be confetti and her E paper mache fangs. and her recall can be her having trouble getting back into her can.
