but ya aren't fat clowns either super creepy or just innocent fun (there's never an in between for some reason). Either way tahm feels like a good fit for this besides he only has 3 skins right now.

His passive pattern that he builds on enemy champs can be a cake divided into 3 pieces (building up frosting on them as he stacks) and instead of using his tongue for his Q and autos he can use a blowout noisemaker.

His W looks just about the same accept when he spits something out frosting is splattered where his target lands.

When he uses his W shield it's in the shape of a red balloon

For his R he can hold a small clown car in his mouth while he waits for someone to get in and when they pop back out Tahm throws confetti and streamers.
