League of Legends Launcher

Can riot setup a LoL launcher? that would allow a player to just open league into a launcher where you do your password, and choose your server (NA default, depending on client) or open the drop down menu to select PBE, etc. download all patches from here.

Also, When you log out of league you will return to the launcher so you can quickly re-log into your account or a different account instead of having to close the client entirely.

I believe this can speed some things up in the case of game crashes, or even just account rotating.
