A School for Ranked?

I'm no pro and and that is true, but today I played game with complete idiot, if I may! as "support" - this person ruined my farm, used lantern 0 times, hooked once a year and used like 3 wards in whole game. He was building (why he ruined my farm) and used it on me 0 times. But that is not all, this person said "first time XD" without realising that HE IS LOSING TOO! I know that most players in low ello care only about solo plays, hate to be support etc. but I think that some kind of school must be made as mandatory for maybe every rank under gold because these kind of people don't realise what they are doing and most of them thinks they are playing single player game. I might be tilted, but that is my experience this year. Last year I played a bit higher ello on my old acc so these kind of things were not that much often, but this acc is only couple moths old so i had nobody to "carry" or "boost" me or to play together in ranked so that road to gold is a bit slower because of these kind of people like aforementioned one. Hope someone will understand me and tell me why is this dumb in a way that is not rude or maybe support this kind of idea because it can change the League forever, and I think, in a better way.
