Idea: Champion Skins/Icons/Banners for reaching a high mastery level with a champion

I'm not sure how many times this has been posted before as I am never on the forums, but I feel like this would be a cool idea. Upon reaching around 500k mastery points on a Champion, I believe we should earn something to show our hard work and dedication. This could be the Champion's icon as an unlockable icon for us to use, or a banner we could choose to use.

I'd say having a skin would be the coolest idea, but creating a skin specifically for having a high level of Mastery for EVERY champion would take a very long time. You'd have to come up with new concepts, like Human Thresh or Blood Moon Zed, then draw them up, animate, and so on and so forth. For each of the 136(soon to be 137 at the time of this post), would take a while, but the wait would be well worth it.

I feel the easiest way would be goin to mastery 10. Upon reaching mastery 10 you get a border similiar to conqueror karmas/project/certain championship skins. In the middle you get a number that correlates to you mastery so if you have 500k youd get a 5.
