Lore (please note this its just a brief summary just to give you an idea) To call Konner a smooth talking Yordle would be an understatement. While many prove themselves with sword or magic, Konner need only his words to win his battles, and typically those battles are getting the gold out of other peoples pockets and into his. However, while many battles are won, the war is never over.

Constantly peddling his wares, occasionally the simple minded villagers from the towns he travels through aren't enough for Konner. Sometimes, a big score is needed. It's during these that his talents truly shined.

Once during a visit to Piltover, he sold the cities iconic clock tower off to a scrap hexmetal company, as the continued upkeep cost for repairs cause by vandalism was deemed too draining on the towns funds. This was all a complete lie of course, and Konner was well on his way to the next town while the scrap company were still bickering with the construction workers and officials about what was happening to the building.

In Demacia, he sold a shipment of enchanted weapons to a garrison of soldiers that would guarantee they always have the advantage against their opponents. Of course, proper maintenance is always needed with a good weapon, and failure to utter the empowerment spell every few days would cause the weapon to rust and crumble. Konner hoped they weren't in battle during that time, but not enough to tell them.

To him, there's a sucker born every minute, and it's his duty to take advantage of them.

Description: A male Yordle with blonde hair. Wears a straw hat with a blue band around it, red and white striped jacket, black bowtie, red vest, white pants and black pointed shoes. Pulls around a small, dark tan trunk that opens up into a small ‘shop’.

Statistics Primary Support Health 500 Attack Damage 50 Health Regen 5 Attack Speed 0.644 (+2.5%) Mana 500 Mana Regen 5 Armor 14 Magic Resist 30 Range 500 (Ranged) Movement Speed 335

Resources Konner uses 2 resource to cast abilities: Mana, and Gold.

Passive - Taxes Middle Man Konner earns 5%/7.5%/10%/15% of all gold spent by allies at the Spawn Pool shop. This ability is reduced to 2.5% for the first 2 minutes of the game. (He starts with a base 5%, then leveling with ult) Death and Taxes Konner earns a bonus 12.5%/15%/17.5%/20% on all gold earned from kills and assists. (Starting with a base 12.5%, then leveling with ult)

Q – Investment Option Active: When first activated, a coin will flip over Konner's head alternating between showing a single coin and stack of coins. When he uses the ability again, he picks the current side over his head; the side picked decides how Investment Options is cast. Konner has 6 seconds to select a side.

Single Coin Konner will flip out a single coin in a straight line. It will flip three times, dealing damage each flip. For each flip, if a minion or neutral monster is killed, Konner earns 50% of the gold spent to cast Investment Options back, for a maximum return of 150%. Cost: 25/50/75/100/125 Mana 6/8/10/12/14 Gold Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 Magic Damage (+60% AP) per flip Return Rates: 0.5x/1x/1.5x of Gold Spend (9/12/15/18/21 Max Gold Return) Cooldown: 15 seconds Cast type: Straight Skillshot with a travel distance of 750 units (250 per flip).

Eg. At level 1, Konner flips out a coin, costing him 6 gold. Killing 1 minion earns him 3 gold Killing 2 earns him 6 gold Killing 3 earns him 9 gold

Stack of Coins Konner will flip out three coins in a cone. They will flip once, dealing damage when they land. If one minion or neutral monster is killed by any of these flips, Konner earns no gold. If two minions are killed, Konner earns 100% of gold spent to cast Investment Options back. If three or more minions are killed, Konner earns 200% of gold spent to cast Investment Options back. Cost: 30/60/90/120/150 Mana 6/9/12/15/18 Gold Damage: 25/35/45/55/65 Magic Damage (+20% AP) per coin Return Rates: 0x/1x/2x (12/18/24/30/36 Max Gold Return) Cooldown: 20 seconds Cast type: Coned Skillshot with a travel distance of 250 units.

Eg. At level 1, Konner flips out the three coins, costing him 6 gold. Killing 1 minion earns nothing Killing 2 earns him 6 gold Killing 3 earns him 12 gold

Explained Sort of like a variation on Twisted Fates Pick a Card. Damage and casting style is changed depending on your choice. Single Coin is good for poking your enemy at a distance, while Stack of Coins is good for closer combat and wave clearing. If times right, clearing a wave with Stack of Coins can earn you easy bonus gold.

W – Pop-up Shop Passive: Konner generates 1/2/3/4/5 gold per 10 seconds.

Active: Konner opens his trunk and becomes targetable by allies and himself. Once clicked, allies and Konner will be able to purchase items from the shop. Items purchased from this trunk do NOT trigger Konners passive Middle Man. If an item is sold to this, Konner will earn 30% of its total cost. If Konner is hit by an enemy ability or epic monster while his store is open it will immediately close and he will gain a small movement speed buff for a few seconds. Cost: 10/15/20/25/30 Mana and 15/25/35/45/55 Gold And an additional 3/5/7/9/11 Mana per second 3/5/7/8/11 Gold per second while the store is open after 3 seconds (time is money after all) Cooldown: 10 seconds once store is closed, increased to 15 if hit by an enemy champ or epic monster. Range: 700 area of effect. 5000/7500/10000/12500/15000 activation length from Spawn Pool Cast type: Unit-targeted

Eg. If an ally ADC buys a health pot, Konner earns no gold. If the ally ADC sells a Doran’s Blade while using Pop-up Shop, Konner earns 132 gold.

Explained A useful tool while laneing or supporting, this allows you and allies to purchase items without the need to recall. Also very helpful for purchasing support items like wards. That said, recalling will still be needed after things such as heavy engages where health and mana are low. The initial range of it should get you to around midway between your first and second turret, so that at early levels you are still pulled back a bit to use it, but by 5 levels you can use it anywhere on the map outside of the enemies base. The purpose of the initial costs to open is to reduce potential abuse of players selling items to him, then recalling and buying from the spawn pool shop, thus trigger both both effects. The cost over time is also to promote prompt sales to quickly return to whatever objective is at hand.

E – Defective Product Active: For 2 seconds, target enemy champion has actives and passives disabled on 2/3/4/5/6 of their items (this does not count trinkets). In addition, statics of these items are reduced by 10% for the same length. Cost: 25/50/75/100/125 Mana 25/50/75/100/125 Gold Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 Magic Damage (+30% AP) Cooldown: 25 seconds Range: 350 Cast type: Enemy cast - Unit-targeted

Explained Basically a silence exclusively for items. The enemy champ is still free to cast abilities, but actives on items such as Blade of the Ruined King or Zhonya's Hourglass will be disabled, as well as items passive such as Sunfire Cape. The reductions on the items static's (ie any stat given by the item itself such as flat damage or health) acts as a very weak exhaust in a way, giving advantages early game when ADC's are close or the same in builds. Bare in mind this is only for 2 seconds on a particular champ, and has a short range on it.

R – Konner's Incredible, Astounding, Miraculous Baron Oil Active: Konner throws a bottle of his patented "Baron Oil" at target ally. That ally, surprisingly, actually feels the strength of the epic monsters on the map and gains: Air Dragon: 7.5/15/22.5 additional movement speed while in combat. Earth Dragon: Grants 5%/10%/15% additional damage as True Damage to Epic Monsters and turrets Fire Dragon: Increases damage versus champions for 4/8/12% increased Ability Power and Attack Damage Water Dragon: Restores 2.5% missing health and 2.5% missing mana every odd second. (1,3,5,7,9) Baron: Empowered Recall, and "Aspect of Baron" to nearby allied minions, granting them 5% of the champions stats.

Cost: 60/120/180 Mana 70/140/210 Gold Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds Duration: 5/7/9 seconds or until ally dies Cast Type: Area of Effect skillshot

Explained Pretty obvious usage. Use this in addition to your your W to really give your ally an advantage during a trade in lane, buy also use it strategically to achieve objects such as tower, or the real versions of the Epic monsters that their power v

And ye that's about it. Thanks for reading

This is actually way too much for a champion dude. And way too much usage of gold. This idea seems to out of this world lol and he seems to be not as a viable champ at all. One more thing it's (salesman)

Resources Konner uses 2 resource to cast abilities: Mana, and Gold.

Passive - Taxes Konner earns 5%/10%/15% of all gold spent by allies at the Spawn Pool shop. Konner earns a bonus 10%/15%/20% on all gold earned from kills and assists.

This seems interesting, though I would suggest that there be a timer on this, at least starting from 2 minutes, so that you can't buy an extra 2 potions just from your allies buying starting items. It would be a little unfair to the enemy if he managed to come into lane with an extra two potions or a pink ward.

Q – Investment Option

This is definitely a very interesting ability, in that it's similar to Twisted Fate's Pick a card, but I feel that the general gold cost of the abilities may be detrimental to his playstyle. Of course, if he's ahead, that's great, but being behind, this guy will feel very lacklustre to play since he must choose between buying items or casting abilities. I'm not sure if it's critical enough to be considered a fundamental flaw, but it is definitely something you should keep track of,

W – Pop-up Shop Passive: Konner generates 1/2/3/4/5 gold per 10 seconds.

Active: Konner opens his trunk and becomes targetable by allies and himself. Once clicked, allies and Konner will be able to purchase items from the shop. Items purchased from this trunk do NOT trigger Konners Passive (Taxes). If an item is sold to this, Konner will earn 30% of its total cost. (Eg. If an ally ADC sells a Doran’s Blade while using Pop-up Shop, Konner earns 132 gold.) If Konner is hit by an enemy ability while his store is open it will immediately close and he will gain a small movement speed buff for a few seconds. Cost: 10/15/20/25/30 Mana and 15/25/35/45/55 Gold And an additional 3/5/7/9/11 Mana per second 3/5/7/8/11 Gold per second while the store is open Cooldown: 10 seconds once store is closed Range: 700 area of effect. 5000/7500/10000/12500/15000 activation length from Spawn Pool Cast type: Unit-targeted

The passive seems very useful, which, to an extent, mitigates the costs of your abilities, and can become a viable max first option if you are behind in lane, or in a low gold role such as support. The shop mechanic is also very special in itself, though late game it will feel somewhat lackluster as you will be playing with one less ability late game, though admittedly you might be far enough ahead that it doesn't matter.

E – Defective Product Active: For 2 seconds, target enemy champion has actives and passives disabled on 2/3/4/5/6 of their items.

I like the item silence mechanic. It feels very unique and thematic, but I'm not a fan of the lowering stats, as it's very binary. It's either not very effective because the enemy is far enough ahead, or it just further reduces the ability for a behind enemy to fight back.

R – Baron Oil Active: Konner throws a bottle of his patented "Baron Oil" at target location. All allied champions and minions hit will feel the invigorating power of the might Baron himself, increasing all base stats by 10%/15%/20%. As a result of this incredible boost of strength, all character models are also increased by the same amount.

Cost: 70/140/210 Mana 60/120/180 Gold Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds Duration: 5/7/9 seconds or until ally dies Cast Type: Area of Effect skillshot

Not a fan of this for much the same reason as the E. There is very little gamepalay behind it except for 'Here guys! Have some stats! There are definitely much better things you can do with an ultimate, like drowning an enemy in gold for example (not giving them, but actually you know, drowning them in it.) I think that there is definitely much more that you can do with this ability.

I'd also love if you could reciprocate with a review here!

I actually enjoy this idea, and I think the utility he provides is very good. However, I would rename his passive "Taxes" to "Middleman," because he's an entrepreneur and not a government agent. His ultimate is also a bit lackluster. Like someone else said here, perhaps a lockdown/peel ultimate where you douse a person in Gold? Maybe if you kill the opponent while doused, you get bonus gold or something like that. Fits better thematically. New ultimate name "Pay Day" perhaps? Let me know what you think. I like the idea of a gold based champion, and I think with the power of this guys kit he could have a lot of potential in higher elos.

I'd probably build item 3301 and gold generation runes every match with this guy. Something new and unique!
