I have idea for new Tank Champion ! :D

Hi Riot Games ! I have idea for new Tank Champion. The new champion will be Vastayan Giant Goat and will be Tank like Zac, Voli, Galio.......! I have idea for some abilities. My english is not good but i hope u can understand :D The name will be Quan. Passive - Every 500 HP 5 Armor and 5 Magic Resist Q - Run like Volibear Q but knockout like Galio E. W - Jump in area and every enemy champ in this area are slowed. E - Give him shield and when shield is destroyed hit every unit in area. R - Goat skin are changed from white to black and give him bonus damage and first hit enemy are stuned. This is my idea i hope u will make tank champ like this with this name but with changed abilities.
