Ok I am not the artist of this or creator I just saw this and it was to Cool to not share! RIot this is amazing if you changed the name would there be much issues with making this an actual skin?

You know, I saw the post listed with the preview picture and still came into the thread expecting a picture of Vi with fluffy sheep hands. I'm not a smart man item 3151 .
