Skin Idea for Vladimir

So I think a pool party Vladimir skin would be dope as shit. He could just take water and shoot water instead of blood and wear a floaty. Then when he uses his W he could turn into a pool of water and the floaty could sit on top of it. This would be really cool and although I do not play much Vladimir would definitely be worth considering purchasing.
