Hey, here's another champion that I have created, this one based on another person's background for a champion creation of his own. I kept the name, and the link to that person's boards post is in my post.

Hope you like it!

It's me! Twitch

I sorta like this, but I'm gonna pick this apart differently because I see something a bit more interesting with the shield concept.

Fury is fun, and I like the attack speed thing, but I think it might need to be a bit more limited, with a higher high, and a more common low. (Poppy passive style timer.)

Now then, the shield! I really like the shield bashing and blocking, so I'll stick to this stuff. His Q could probably to worked into something similar to Sivir's spell shield, but if he absorbs an attack, he can recast it to knock enemies away with the shield, still applying Fatigue. Fatigue itself is still cool, but maybe only lower attack speed. Makes him a niche counter for high attack speed champs. Yasuo Shyvana Jinx

His W is really strange, as it disables himself, but I'm designing a champion with self disables too, so I can't say much. However, it'd be interesting if losing the shield was a buff and a debuff. Maybe loses defensive abilities, gains movement speed while its not on him. I like to think that it might bounce off the target hit like a Katerina dagger, and he can pick it back up to re-enable his abilities.

E- If he's melee, you're allowed to let him do damage, especially with no gap closer. Combined with what could be a cool disruptor champion, he could literally just smash people around with the passive, proccing Fatigue and peeling for others. He'd be a scary close up threat that can push people around with Q and E-passive. Could be fun for that active to be a bit more interesting, but the passive provides high and low moments.

R. Way too complicated honestly, but we can simplify this! You don't need an ability alteration to come with it, especially if balanced right, but I'm imagining a sick Fiora Riposte you can move with, unleasing a huge shove at the end. Gains his fury for taking damage, blocks spells got a short time, reducing damage from basic attacks, then has a solid timing window to use it.

This is actually a good start to something that could just use some tweaking to mechanics. It's a bit too complex, so don't be afraid to simplify things. They don't need to be hard to be fun.
