SINGED REWORK - Let's make the Mad Chemist an actual decent pick

Before looking at the newly revised kit below, or ignoring it completely because you're one of about seven Singed mains on the planet, consider the facts. Singed may have a high win rate, but he is rarely banned or seen in solo queue. He has never once been picked in an LCS game, and is widely unpopular to over 90% of League players because his kit is boring and at the same time, difficult. There's no real "combo", and what might count as a combo is more often than not a frustrating two-key point and click that only works right for those seven Singed mains I mentioned earlier. But imagine that Singed is picked more often, and that he has more utility and a bigger fanbase. Because let's face it, I see Singed about as often as African children see flowing water. I would play Singed (and in that case, buy him too) if he received a rework of some sort. Right now, he's more useless than glasses on a blind person.

Passive: CORROSION - All of Singed's abilities apply Corrosion (except his ultimate), which deals 3% of his enemy's max health as magic damage over 3 seconds. If two abilities are used within three seconds, the effect refreshes instead of stacks.

Q - VOLATILE COMPOUND - Singed shakes up a vial of an unstable material, channeling for 1.5 seconds (he can move while channeling). He then releases the pressure of the vial, shooting out an acid burst in a narrow cone, dealing 45/70/100/135/180 (+100% AP) magic damage. It also knocks back and silences all enemies in its path for 2 seconds. Only the first enemy hit with this ability is applied Corrosion (Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8s). Cost: 80 at 1 & 2/85 at 3 & 4/90 at 5 W - MEGA ADHESIVE - Unchanged E - EMPOWERED BULWARK - Singed only flips enemies who melee attack him. For 5 seconds, Singed holds his bulwark in a defensive stance, gaining a shield equal to 5% of his max health plus 5% of his max mana, and gaining Armor equal to 10% of his AP. If the shield is burned through before the 5 seconds are up, Singed gains +50% movement speed for 1.5 seconds (Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12s). Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana R - TOXIC PLUME - For 10 seconds, Singed releases a wide plume of acidic mist that follows him. He gains 20% bonus movement speed and the ability to flip 1/2/3 enemies around manually for the duration, and cannot be affected by CC for the first 5 seconds. Enemies in the plume take 25/40/55/70/85 (+15% AP) magic DPS for every second they stand in the plume, while Singed takes 30% of this damage because of the plume's extreme toxicity (Cooldown: 100/95/90s).
