Suggestion for New Hextech Rewards

Hello fellow Summoners. I have a suggestion for some new Hextech Crafting rewards. I'll keep it short:

1- Skin Boost Tickets: A ticket allowing you to purchase a skin-boost for all game modes that apply.

2- IP Victory Boosts: Grants the Summoner bonus IP for a number of Victories.

3- ARAM Re-rolls: Or some way to stockpile re-rolls for ARAM.

I think Hextech Crafting could be more rewarding. :)
