Skin Idea: Speed Demon Singed

I had an idea for a skin, it's Singed but he's got a car that looks like the Mach 5 from Speed Racer on his back. The poison trail is the car exhaust, the glue is a glue that the Mach 5 would put out to mess with the other racers, and when he ults it sounds like an engine speeding up.

His recall could be him becoming the car and driving off.

I can't draw otherwise I would draw it, if someone artistic could help me out I'd love you for it.
