Melee only vs Manamune, Lethality, Base AD, and Crit rework idea
Hey, Been thinking about the whole "Melee only" thing on items lately, and I think that we might benefit better by actually retooling the items that get abused by adcs into items that buff caster ADs more.
In my concept the first rule would be that lethality would apply only to Base AD, and that Critical strike would only count to Bonus AD
The following Items would be modified to now increase Base AD

These items are geared towards caster AD champions.
Now total ad would still count for scaling abilities and whatnot, auto attacks and all causes but would not critically strike, only dealing the crits based on bonus AD, whereas the sheen damage would be proc'd better by casters with lower cooldown abilities. But something like jinx wouldn't find it particularly usefull.
A third tier of items would count towards "Adaptive ad" which would be based on whichever is higher.

a case of contention the following items could be swapped out from their current build (most are melee only) to unristriced owner but base ad items, though this is just an afterthought and is in to way the core of the argument
