(Champion Concept) Sanwich, the Yordle City Defense Expert (YCDE)
http://www.gifbin.com/bin/062009/1244628717_bomb.gif Sanwich is a powerful area control, yordle champion that focuses on laying mines throughout the battlefield to slow the progress of his enemies and provide his allies some safe ground to stand on. An expert Sanwich can control the map and make sure his enemies never move past the middle portion of the map. Of course, natural anti-trap itemization can make this incredibly difficult for Sanwich so he will have to constantly be at war with the enemy team to make sure he controls the map, not them!

Passive- Combustion Vent Researcher Innate- Combustion Vents: Combustion Vents spawn randomly on Sanwich's team's side of the maps every 25-45 seconds (increasing with level) that last for 360 seconds. Upon clicking on these vents while within 300 units of them, Sanwich will gain 25% of the total experience he needs this level to level up. Innate- Easily Distracted: Sanwich gains 75% less experience from other sources of experience.
Ability 1- Sanwich's Specialty Active: Place down a land mine at the target location that arms and enters stealth after a 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 second delay. Upon an enemy unit moving too close to a land mine, it will explode after a 0.35 second delay, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 physical damage to nearby enemy units and briefly slowing them by 25% (+15% per 100 AP) for 0.5 seconds, the slow decaying over the duration. Land mines can be destroyed with 2 basic attacks in order to reward their killer with 3 gold. Land mines last indefinitely and there is no limit to the number of mines that can be on the map. Enemy minions take 85% reduced damage from mines and non-epic monsters take 60/70/80/90/100% increased damage from mines. Epic monsters take NO damage from mines and will not detonate them upon coming close to them. Land mines provide no vision while stealthed and will only briefly reveal it's explosion radius for 0.25 seconds upon detonating. Land mines that detonate will also detonate other mines within 75 units of the mine. This can chain infinitely. Cost: 75/100/125/150/175 mana Cool Down: 12/10/8/6/4 seconds Range: 300 Detonation Radius: 100 Explosion Radius: 300
Ability 2- Sanwich's Third Eye...s... Passive: Sanwich's basic attacks deal 30/35/40/45/50% (+10% per 100 AP) physical damage within an area of effect around their target and deal 30/35/40/45/50% increased damage to enemy minions. Active: Place down an alarm mine at the target location that arms and enters stealth after a 1.5 second delay. Upon an enemy unit moving near the alarm mine, it will trigger after a 1.25 second delay, fearing nearby enemies for 0.2 seconds and revealing them for 2.5/3.25/4/4.75/5.5 (+1 second per 100 AP) seconds. Alarm mines can be destroyed with 2 basic attacks in order to reward their killer with 2 gold. Alarm mines last for 60/90/120/150/180 (+1 second per 10 AP) seconds and there is no limit to the number of mines that can be on the map. Enemy minions cannot trigger alarm mines. Cost: 20/40/60/80/100 mana Cool Down: 20 seconds Range: 300 Detonation Radius: 300 Reveal and Fear Radius: 600
Ability 3- Sanwich's "Who Needs Taxes?" Device Passive: Sanwich gains 5/10/15/20/25 flat movement speed and 15/30/45/60/75 flat out of combat movement speed. Active: Sanwich places down a drilling device at the target location that will drill into the ground for gold, generating 2/3/4/5/6 (+2% AP) gold every second. Each drilling machine can hold up to 150/225/300/375/450 (+150% AP) gold and Sanwich can collect the gold from them by channeling on them for 1.25 seconds. Drilling machines can be destroyed with 4 basic attacks in order to reward their killer with 15 (+1 per level) gold. Drilling machines last indefinitely, but a maximum of 1/2/3 (at Levels 1/8/15) drilling machines can be placed at once. Drilling machines can only be placed within the jungle. Drilling machines cannot be placed within 1500 units of another drilling machine. Cost: 20/65/110/155/200 mana Cool Down: 30/27.5/25/22.5/20 seconds Range: 300 Channel Range: 325
Ultimate- Sanwich's Special Touch Active: Sanwich enhances the target land mine for the next 60/120/180 seconds after channeling for 2.5 seconds. Upon being detonated, the enhanced land mine will knock down and stun all enemies hit for 1.5/2.25/3 seconds. Enemies have their armor and magic resist reduced by 15/20/25% (+2% per 100 AP) while stunned. Cost: 150/225/300 mana Cool Down: 90/80/70 seconds Range: 300

LORE Sanwich is a simple yordle. When Heimerdinger first migrated with his fellow scientists to Piltover, Sanwich was among them. He was the youngest of the crowd and was looking for a calling. This search ended when he met Ziggs, the Duke of Demolitions. Sanwich felt a deep connection with explosives, but only of a certain kind. He simply loved mines and believed them to be the superior explosive. After years of training with Ziggs and mastering the arts of combustion, Sanwich discovered that it was truly destiny that he would love explosions since the innate magic that lived inside him naturally favored fire and combustion. He couldn't have been happier. Recently migrating back to his home land of Bandle City, he helps guard the city from outsiders with fields upon fields of mines, making sure the capital of Yordle kind never falls into danger. Some disagree with his methods, but none can disagree that they get results. Due to the combined efforts of Teemo, Tristana, Heimerdinger, Corki, and of course Sanwich, Bandle City has been left untouched by the evils of out outside world for generations. Due to his mines being so incredible at what they do, Sanwich has trained others to help lay the mines with him. With the extra help, Sanwich has discovered he has some spare time in between land mine runs. In this spare time, Sanwich, together with other yordle minds, has discovered intense volcanic activity within an underground chamber near Bandle City. Named the Magma Chamber, the chamber connects to various underground caves all across Runeterra and, on occasion, explodes to the surface to create a vent. Sanwich has named these vents Combustion Vents and is adamant in researching them to see just how these vents could be used to enhance the explosive power of his mines. That is Sanwich's life goal. To make sure no one can make a bigger BOOM than him! Ziggs and Sanwich have been in a friendly competition to see who can make the biggest explosion for a long time now and the race has always been a close one so far.
