A game mode where people can talk smack

Lets be honest everyone. Talking crap to other players in game can sometimes make a game fun, but it can also get you banned. My friend brought up a point of an UNRESTRICTED game mode - a place where you queue to intentionally troll and trash talk to other people. It'd probably be the most toxic place on the planet, however it also would give a place for people who are extremely toxic, know it, and talk a ton of crap to go. Keep them out of ranked games.

I can also see it as a punishment. If you're toxic in ranked games, instead of making the person's chat restricted, or putting them in a low priority queue, make it so they have to play X amount of games in this game mode. Only that game mode. Probably would annoy the crap out of repeated offenders.
