people dodge due to picks

if the enemy team dodges .. can i atleast get 1 LP.. just to know my pick or my team pick was what scared them..

i know this isnt what you want to encourage free stuff.. but i want to know if it was my team or theirs.

some people are just scared to even step into a game sometimes .. and that attitude does affect them.. they do lose LP.. can i have some of that sweet sweet LP that the enemy just throws away..
