Champion Idea: Toxxin the Plague

Lore: War, famine, disasters, which of these is the most deadly. The answer is the plague. A never ending stream of viruses that kill of millions. No one knows where plague came from, even less know that it was created, when Toxxin was created. In Zaun it is a controversial topic to try and decide who created Toxxin. But in any case, Toxxin is real, and the plague is coming...

Passive: Diseased Trail: Range: 900

Every 150 steps Toxxin gains diseased trail. On the next ability Toxxin uses he emits a cloud of Disease around him, leaving the ground contaminated dealing 20 damage to units standing on or over the area. Diseased trail can only activate while Toxxin has taken 150 steps. The diseased area lasts until one of Toxxins ability's interact with the trail, or it deals a total of 240 damage. While Toxxin has diseased trail up, he leaves the ground he walked on in a trail behind him contaminated, dealing 5 damage to enemies that walk over it lasting for 1.25 seconds.

Toxxin has a special resource called Plague. Toxxin gains plague at a rate of 20 plague every 9 seconds. He has a maximum of 1000 plague. Toxxin gains plague when an infected unit dies, or when Toxxin infects an enemy champion he gains 50 plague.

Toxxin sends forward a bunch of disease particles infecting everything it touches making it sick, dealing 40/50/60/70/80 magic damage (+ 80% bonus magic damage) over time. After half of the damage is dealt infected champions vomit leaving a small diseased area dealing 40 damage (+ 20% bonus ability power.) If infect hits a diseased area the area is refreshed and targets that walk over it become infected but take 50% damage.

W: Radiation Plague: 75 Range: 450 Cooldown: 16 seconds

Toxxin begins to send out radiation waves that deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 50% bonus ability power) in an area around him that goes through units until it reaches the end of its range. If the radiation hits a diseased area the area becomes acidic, and shreds armor and magic resist by 5 every second they stand on it, lasting for 4 seconds. The puddle lasts 5 seconds. If Radiation hits a sick target they begin to rot away losing armor and magic resist by 1 every second for 10 seconds. At 5 seconds they lose a limb slowing them by 30% for 2 seconds and leaving a diseased area.

E: Symptom; Heart failure Plague: 200/210/220/230/240 Range: 1000 Cooldown: 15 seconds

Toxxin targets a sick target and begins to evolve the disease strain, creating a leash. If the leash is not broken after 6 seconds then the target has a heart attack stunning them for 2 seconds and dealing 70/80/90/100/110 (+ 90% bonus ability power)

R: Complete Organ Failure Plague: 500 Range: 700 Cooldown: 240 seconds

Toxxin targets all sick targets around him applying a 50% slow for 3 seconds, which evolves into a stun if they don't get out of the ultimate range in time dealing 150/250/350 (+ 70% ability power.) Enemies that die rot their away, leaving diseased puddles for 1 minute.
