So he actually hinders his own mobility when near enemy champions? Feels bad. Does he need to have vision of an enemy champion within that range for it to decrease his mobility? The damage on his fog seems pretty strong, especially if it is per second. I suppose I could see it if this damage is dealt over a duration or once per x seconds. The utility of the ability is pretty oppressive as well. a slow and vision reduction is a lot. And a jump, ....

A passive and two abilities hardly makes a champion concept, much less one that deserves a copyright. It actually seems like you spent more time making up your copyright gimmick than you did with the actual champion's abilities.

You do realise that you have to submit an actual copyright to claim one, right? You can't just say something is copyrighted...
