What if there was a Statik/Energized Line of skins?

One example of this is would be if Brand had such a skin. His passive would cause electricity to pulse in his target instead of fire. His q could throw out a charge of lightning (almost like a chunkier Ryze AA). With his w, instead of a pillar of fire rising from the ground, a lightning bolt could fall from the sky. His ult (and to a lesser extent his e) could chain lightning in between his targets. The best visualization I can show as an example of his ult is in the link.
