Patch Notes TL;DR 6.11

I know I'm stealing from Blakinola's old concept and I understand that. However, I feel like having quick explanation on the patch notes is always good and he did it amazing. I had a lot of trouble because of limitations of my editing software but I made the best thing I could in a relatively timely manner.
