Hecarim Skin Concept
I feel like 
should have a legendary skin showing him as a human on a horse, and for his ult instead of ghosts following him he has his soldiers.

Maybe more of a centar would be better, and if there were shifts to his form I could see it being an ultimate skin, but otherwise 1350ish.
