Why Not Change Summoner Icon While in Champ Selection???

I have very cool summoner icons that match certain champs. I think it would be very awesome if I could actually use them with the related champ by switching my summoner icon while I am in the champion selection screen.

Does anyone else think this would be a fun and cool idea?
