[Champion Concept] Lou, The Creature or Torment

[Bio] A creature that has always, yet never existed. it causes everything to end and cease existence, yet it prevents this by also causing itself the end and never exist, but it is also only possible if he does exist. and thus it is forever in a limbo

[looks] 2 long arms 1 black and 1 white, a circle head, unevenly split between black and white, with a black slit that appears to act as an eye. and a body that is that of an upside down tear drop with black and white spiraling down.

[P] Death does not stop Fear Upon death Lou can becomes invincible and untartable for up to 8 seconds. During the 8 seconds Lou can cast 4 abilities, each ability become significantly weaker after each cast, after the 4th ability or 8 seconds he dies.

[Q] Chaotic Catapult Lou merges his same colored arms into one and launches him self at an enemy after a brief delay. Upon impact of an enemy, all other nearby enemies are feared and the target that was hit is stunned and takes max % HP physical damage.

[W] Endless Reflexes Lou splits his arms into 4 and merges their colors for up to 5 seconds. During the 5 seconds Lou takes massively reduced damage including true damage and reflects a portion of the damage he takes during the time back at the origin. The effect will end early if Lou looses a % of his health during the effect.

**[E] Relentless Tendrils ** Lou extends his arms to extreme lengths for 3 seconds. During the 3 seconds Lou has massively increased auto attack range; his auto attacks during this time deal bonus magic damage and drag enemies half way to him from where they were attacked.

[R] Spiral to Nothingness Lou slowly flattens out into a large portal and snares himself for up to 4 seconds. Any enemy that is displaced while on top of him or on him when the effect ends is instantly killed. Additionally Lou heals for a portion of their max hp if they are killed by this ability.
