[Character Idea] The Terror of Battlefield

I had this idea of a character that is a buffed guy, always seeking a fight and seeking a worthy opponent that can give him a good challenge. Gameplay wise, i wanted a champ were i can have that feeling of landing Vi's Q on all his skills, but in different ways. You know that feeling where the action and sound actually match and make it satisfying to land. That feeling of landing Vi's Vault Breaker, making the champ knock up slightly and the sound of hitting someone being that awesome "TWONK", or like her third hit of Denting Blows, but on a more brutal champion. For a kit, i was thinking on something like this:

Passive: Tracking Weakness Landing any ability on an enemy champion or large monster, they will be marked with a status called "Weakness Revealed" for 3 or 5 seconds. Hitting someone marked with Weakness Revealed withh deals bonus damage based on AD and Ignores a % of the enemy armor.

Q: Either a skillshot/dash or a point and click where he readies a powerfull kick/roundhouse, slowling the enemy champion for a small duration. If he is marked with Weakness Revealed, he get's stunned by double of the slow duration.

W: He table flip a slab of ground, throwing it foward and knocking up any enemy champion in the region of the flip. With Weakness Revealed, the knock up gets longer, and if he misses the knock up, but manages to land the projectile on the marked opponent, the opponent get's knocked back.

E: A powerfull punch that creates a aftershock behind the target, dealing damage to anyone behind the victim. With Weakness Revealed, the punch will knock the opponent backwards, and if he collides with anyone behind him, it will stun them for a short duration.

R: A dash attack that grabs the first champion hit, if the grab connects, he will do a unstopable dash again, twice the range of the first one, and ends depending on these factors. Finishing the dash: He will slam the opponent in the floor, dealing a small AoE for 80% of the damage that the champion grabbed took. Colliding with terrain: He will deal 20% extra damage to the person grabbed Colliding with another champion: Both the grabbed champion and the one that got collided will take the same damage With Weakness Revealed on the grabbed champion, it changes from normal physical damage to true damage.

I still need to think about lore, names and other stuff, but long story short, having someone like Azrael from Blazblue would be my dream in League of Legends.
