Just saying we all know that many champions in league of Legends didn't make the cut for mutiple reasons but I think one champion I particular should come back and that is the Hydrosoul. The Hydrosoul had such an amazing lore and such an interesting kit that I would love for it to come in to the world of League of legends what do you guys think?

the canceled champions were reworked into others anyway, hydrosoul is most likely nami wikipedia says so too
