[Champion Concept] Jabo the Explorer of the Sea.
This is just a little champion idea, i threw together. Let me know if you guys like it!
Jabo is basically a Yordle who looks like a penguin. He is dressed in armor similar to Volibears. He focuses on AP abilities and is melee. He starts out with low health but can cast long ranged, short cooldown, but weak abilities. Late game he has a medium amount of health and fast casting abilities. He is usually mid lane. Now onto the lore and abilities.
In the town of Bandle City lived a small Yordle.. He was shorter than most other yordles, being only 0.5 meters tall. His name was Jabo. He enjoyed swimming and reading. Especially reading maps. He wanted to visit all the places he saw. He vowed that one day he would travel all across the seas of Runeterra.
So one day, he packed his most valuable belongings into a waterproof canister and set out for adventure. He swam far, and he met amazing people, saw amazing things, but he eventually grew lonely. He missed his friends in Bandle City, and he missed his maps. But he was not going back. He had so much more to explore. So he set out to his next destination: Freljord. It took months to get there. But when he finally reached his target, he was astounded.
It was beautiful. Unlike anything he had ever seen. After asking the natives of Frelord, who was leader they told him that nobody was. But there were 3 women who were competing to become queen. Satisfied with the answer, he began trying to find out who was the strongest one in Frelord. He came across the 3 women, Ashe, Sejuani, and Lissandra. But he found more than that. Nunu, Tryndamere, Trundle, Braum, Anivia, Gragas, and many more. But the one that interested him the most was Volibear.
His strength and courage inspired Jabo. So he set out to prove his worth. He got armor similar to Volibears, and performed great deeds. After a few months, The League of Legends heard of him. And Jabo was invited to join the league.
I know that wasn't very good or long, but I would make adjustments if this got popular. Anyway, moving on to the Abilities!
Passive: Every 3rd ability his next ability does more damage based on max speed
Q: Jabo throws a snowball that deals 60 damage and slows by 25% of their max movement speed and has a cooldown of 4 seconds.
W: Jabo targets an enemy champion or minion and leaps to them dealing 50 damage in AOE and than pecking the targeted enemy dealing 40 damage. 10 second cooldown
E: Jabo gets onto his stomach and slides in one direction leaving behind a trail of ice, which slows the enemy for 50% of their max movement speed for 2 seconds. 9 second cooldown.
R: I had two ideas for the ult. 1: Jabo channels for 1.5 seconds while he builds up a large snowball which he can than throw at enemies. It bounces off walls, slows for 35% and knocks enemies sideways, Dealing 250 damage. And the second idea is: Jabo rolls kind of like rammus the further he rolls, the more snow he builds up, untill he becomes a giant snowball which can roll into enemies, which stuns for 1.5 seconds, and slows for 25% and deals 250 damage.
And of course the more you upgrade those abilities the better they become.

Attacking: Snowball! Snowball! Snowball! You'll be no more than a snowman when i'm done with you!
