ARAM Icons

So, I have to wonder why riot has never capitalized on this idea. We have URF icons that edit death animations, the urf, the laser and the heartsplosion. Why dont they let us use these in ARAM. If we got to use them during ARAM instead once every few months in URF, many people would buy them. I would actually buy the others so i could change them up. It would be fun to have them be more useful and they could make a few more icons every once in awhile so people can mix it up more. I know ARAM is pretty popular already, but I'm sure It'd be even more popular with these death animations. I'd really like a rioters response on this because it seems like a really fun way to make more money.
