There are a lot of impressive art pieces for skin concepts out there, but not that many strike me as thematically interesting enough to actually put in the game.

This one does. Fantastic re-imagining of Lulu's character.

To be honest, that splash looks really on-par with Riot's own splashes. And the idea is solid aswell.
