I think they should change the smite on blue buff

right now nobody smite's blue buff so I think they should change it to something like red buff's smite where it heals.

If they do this it really helps jungler with clear and flexibility in clear path cause smiting red can change the entire jungle route completely.

what do you guys think? maybe a different effect entirely.
