Passive: Dark Emissary
Altheius becomes invisible after 5 seconds of not being in combat and gains 30% damage on his next damaging ability. Nearby enemies lose vision range by 10% per second while near Altheius, up to 80% reduced vision, for 3 seconds that dissipate over time when not within range of Altheius. Does not apply to champions that are not visible to Altheius.
Q: Stalker’s Blade
Mana Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Cooldown: 6 seconds
Altheius gouges the eyes of enemies around him by spinning around quickly, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+ 120% AD) and applying 10/20/30/40/50% vision reduction to enemies hit.
W: Vorpal Edge
Mana Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10
Passive: Altheius enhances his weapon, increasing his armor penetration by 5/10/15/20/25.
Active: Altheius swings his claws heavily in a direction to deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+100% AD) physical damage to all enemies hit and slowing their movement speed by 30/35/40/45/50% for 3 seconds.
E: Dark Passage
Mana Cost: 60/55/50/45/40 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
Altheius teleports a short distance. This does not break stealth. Altheius can use this ability again within 3 seconds.
R: Hysteria
Altheius enters a mode of hysterical rage and gains 10/20/30% movement speed for 6/7/8 seconds. While in this state, all basic attacks and abilities against enemies reduces the cooldown of his abilities by 1 second and Althieus will immediately enter stealth upon using Dark Passage.
Afterthoughts:
Some people will be like, yep thats evelyn, but I think Altheius brings much more to League of Legends. He brings with him a skill set that will allow people to clearly see the difference in skill level. Unlike Zed, he doesn’t require two abilities to kill a target, but he can be as tricky as Zed and deal tons of damage as well if played correctly. Anyway, this is how I feel.
