[Champ Rework] Soraka, because i think it can be made much cooler than what it is now.
This is just the version of Soraka i would have lot of fun to play xD She basically retains her "heal everyone and give a but of utility" theme, but with a necessary aggressive play style in lane.
Passive: Soraka healings on allies with 25% health or less are empowered by 0.5% for each stack of Rejuvenation
Q: If Starcall hits one or more enemy champions Soraka gains 1 stack of Rejuvenation, slows each enemy hit by 10/20/30/40/50% for 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 and restores (+0.5 per stack of Rejuvenation) health over 4 seconds
W: Soraka sacrifices 10% of her max health and restores 20/50/80/110/140 (+10% of her max health) health to an ally granting him 20% movement speed when moving toward enemy units. Cannot be cast if Soraka’s health is 10% or less.
E: Same
R: Soraka restores 150/250/350 (+55% Ability Power) health to all allied champions and grants them (+1% per stack of Rejuvenation) health regeneration for 1.5/2.5/3.5 seconds.
Basing the entire kit on landing her Qs as much as possible in the lining phase can be a big nerf mid game if the enemy botlane is able to dodge the vast majority of them, but if the Soraka player is able to time the Qs with the enemy movements this can buff her a lot mid game. In every case it's a buff in late which grows proportionally with the length of the game; since her passive can stack indefinitely the longer the game the more difficult becomes for the enemy team to deal more damage than she can heal. Plus, the slow and her ability to gain health back are weaker in early, and she cannot give free cookies to her adc anymore pre-6 because the only way to give them health regen is ulting. Practically this is a general nerf in utility in early, a potential big buff in mid (if good played), and in any case a buff in late. What do you think about it?
