Kill la Kill themed Riven Skin

So I bet this idea has been thrown around a million times, but I was just thinking about kill la kill and the similarities between Ryuko and Riven and though "Wouldn't that make a pretty cool skin?" Then I really got thinking about it and thought, "This could actually make a really cool ultimate skin.." Think about it. The clothes evolve as she levels up/gets more powerful, like they do in the show, and when Ryuko's scissor extends, that would be the Blade of the Exile active. Now when I was thinking about this I thought surely I couldn't be the only person who's had this idea, so naturally I went to the internet to find out. As I looked through the design and all the work that went into this, I just couldn't believe it wasn't part of the game.

So, Riot, if you're looking for ideas for a new ultimate skin I think this could honestly give you a LOT to work with.
