Old Promo Code Discussion

Personally I believe that scamming is a terrible thing and people should not buy skin codes from third party sellers. Some people however are stuck with old codes they have found and cannot redeem them. I personally fall into that category. My friend recently uncovered an old copy of the collectors edition and I cannot redeem the code myself or through a support ticket. I just want to gather people opinions on the topic to see what everyone thinks. Perhaps we can even com up with some ideas to refine the rule for codes! Thank You for feedback!!! Have a Great Day :D
