New Champ Idea, Logan

So i was thinking about a new champs for league that brought something new. My idea is that Logan would be an Assassin/Fighter for mid/top/jungle. Like Ranger and Kah'Zix he's obsessed with fighting only the strongest and will go all over Runetera looking for a worthy oponent. He fights with a sword which seemingly comes to life in battle, kind of like Aatrox.

So for his abilities (i got no names yet, just concepts):

Passive - every time an enemy champion damages Logan they will be marked as a challenger, if Logan kills them he will gain a stack of supremacy, giving him the skills and experience to overcome his opponents, basically it will stack his armor and magic resist by a small amount which will stack.

1 - this is a passive. As Logan damages an opponent they are marked with a stack of fatigue reducing their attack speed by a fair amount (for adcs), and their armor and magic resist, but only slightly. This will give Logan more dueling potential in lane.

2 - Logan will mark an enemy champion for a few seconds, gaining increased movement speed towards them. If he is able to land an auto attack or ability on them before the time runs out it will deal additional damage .

3 - Logan's next auto attack will slash the enemy for extra damage and will heal him based on the damage dealt.

ult - Logan channels for a few second, giving his health to his sword. In this time he takes reduced damage. Logan will gain damage, armor, magic resist, and attack speed based on the % of max health he gave, channeling will stop at 1Hp. His missing health will be replaced with a shield.

So this is my idea, the names can change. I think it will be fun to see this champ since he seems very good for dueling in the top lane. or jungling, or being a mid lane assassin.
