[Champion Concept] Nahruk, the Proud

Background Nahruk and his species are from an aggressive underwater tribe, native to Targon. Nahruk feels he needs to surface his clan and takeover the surrounding land. Throughout this conquest, Nahruk hears of the League of Legends and goes there to prove his strength and spread his clan's name.
Utility AP Jungler

Passive, Slime Coating Nahruk passively has a toxic shield of slime coating which protects him for 100/150/200/250 (0.2 AP). While the shield is active, when Nahruk is struck by basic attacks, the attacker is dealt 25/35/45/55 (0.4 AP) magic damage per second for 4 seconds double damage to minions and monsters capping at 300.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Water Burst/Water Jet, Q Mana Cost: 60 Cooldown: 3 seconds per charge Nahruk stores moisture from the air in his body and liquefies it. Nahruk can store up to 4 charges in his body. Between 1-3 charges, Nahruk can fire out this water one shot at a time dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (0.6 AP) magic damage or expend all 4 charges letting out a massive jet stream of water dealing 100/140/180/220/260 (0.7 AP) magic damage. When Nahruk expends all of his water, the jet stream is strong enough to blow himself back and slows enemies struck for 30% for 2 seconds.
Algal Bloom, W Mana Cost: 80 Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6 Nahruk uses the algae of his homeland, Nahruk can give himself or an ally some of this algae. Ingesting the algae invigorates the ally healing them for 60/80/100/120/140 (0.5 AP) and their next basic attack will slow for 40% for 2 seconds and deal bonus 30/50/70/90/110 bonus magic damage.
Plunge, E Mana Cost: 70 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Nahruk leaps at his target enemy impaling his weapons into them dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (0.6 AP) magic damage and rooting them for 1.5 seconds.
Waking Tides, R Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 100/85/70 Nahruk stabs his trident into the ground spouting geysers around him. Geysers flood a massive area for 15 seconds around Nahruk granting him bonuses. While Nahruk is in the water his movement speed is raised by 60% and has 50% bonus tenacity. If Nahruk uses Plunge on an enemy, he dives into the water with them, stunning them for the Plunge duration and are dealt double the normal damage. While in the water, Plunge's cooldown is halved.
