New Clubs
there should be more positions in the clubs other than officer and leader. Something else higher that officer but lower than owner. Someone that can kick and is allowed to do other stuff other than just invite and revoke invites.

TL;DR BELOW I agree. I want to host my club as a social and positive environment, with maybe custom ranks and even chat colours for those ranks. So far, all I have is that when you get promoted into a higher league, I give said player a mystery skin. The top ten players in the club are officers, and my most trusted friends are leaders. I want more ranks and more stuff to do with them, such as have moderators and a ranking system that depends on rank within the club, like the higher rank you are, you get a different chat colour/tag (something like 3:14 [Mod] N0MC4T text that sux) and stuff like that, with each rank also giving certain permissions , like mods doing mid things and special rankings with stuff like [Active member] and [Invitation Counsellor] for things like if a lower ranking club member wants his/her friend to join the group he/she can ask the invitation counselor and they'll review/invite the person for them. Also, if things like language/link/specific phrase filters can be added so that things like if a certain word/phrase is getting spammed constantly I can be banned and overall, I think that clubs should be a social thing, but should also have the ability for users to make theirs a more competitive/perhaps objective focused in a way that can be friendly and competitive, with players of all- or maybe just one rank be able to interact and converse in a matter in which all players can have a fair chance. I DO NOT THINK THAT IT SHOULD BE MADE IN A WAY THAT PEOPLE CAN USE THIS IN WHICH IT'S DESIGNED FOR MONEY/PAY TO GET RANKS AND STUFF. I want it to be strictly social and only for the use of a club. Of course people will abuse this new club feature and use it as a WA to get skins/money the more clubs will grow, but if you can find a way to help prevent that and make it a strictly positive environment for all club members, with players only doing certain things by their own account. If a user decides to give a mystery skin to everyone who gets a higher league like me, great. But if a user is scamming players and spamming elo boosters or using the club as a means of a way to talk bad about players, the user should have their club taken down. Then again, this is a 100% player driven thing, and I believe it should stay so.

Overall, I think the clubs should give the owner more options/creativity, like custom ranks and chat colours, but should find ways to lessen the inevitable abuse that users will do with this new feature. All money/reward related things should be not condoned, and fully up to the users choice of free will, Riot having no say in the matter, so that things dont become complicated.
Custom Ranks That give certain Privilages, custom chat filters and colours, in club custom rank tags ( 3:03 [Tag]N0MC4T )all things that go on within a club is dealt and managed by club owner/leaders, money/scam clubs heavily frowned upon and not condoned, Completely player driven Free market style Clubs.
