-Possible champ concept?!- Jinx's sister!

Me and Jinx have had a variety of games together, and I love her very much, but one of her lines strikes me every time. "You think i'm crazy? You should see my sister." When I heard this line for the first time I went. "Who Is Jinx's sister? And how the heck is she crazier than Jinx?" So I am calling out to the artists and champion designers! I think Jinx's sister would be a SUPER fun champ, and its hard to imagine how she could be crazier than Jinx. I am nor an artist or very good at thinking up abilities or anything. but i do have a design in mind, she could have the same color hair as Jinx, but a lot shorter. (Since Jinx's hair is very long.) She could be sort of opposite of Jinx? Like bigger bust size, narrower eyes, different style etc. etc... But I can't get this champ out of my mind and it would really extend onto Jinx's lore. PLEASE FELLOW LEAGUE LOVERS! Make this dream come true.

I could see Jinx's sister being a support or a top laner. as a top laner I'd like to see her as a crazy Claw user, maybe with a gap closer, a slow and maybe some kind of Damage over time effect. her Ultimate could be really interesting.

as a support I'd see her as being CC heavy and use a whip possibly. she could have an ability where she wraps the target with her whip and then send the spinning away a short distance the if the target collides with a wall or other enemy the target is stunned, it'd be a skillshot. then maybe a buff ability of some sort, maybe movement speed?

maybe my ideas here are bad, but I kinda came up with them on the spot XD

I thought the consensus was that Vi was Jinx's sister? Might be a bit outdated...
