I am assuming that the blue "spear" in her hand is a form of water; so, water magic. Dalga, The Wave Caller. Dalga = (turkish rough meaning: The Ocean Wave)
You could play around with google translate to find words that sound like cool names.
Some more information about the character would help. Where is she from? What are her powers? Leading motives in her life?
Stuff like that. If we get a clear picture of who your champion really is, it is way easier to decide for a name.
Example: Riot got asked why they picked the name Camille. 
She is an older upper class woman, fighting to preserve the privileges of her family. Highly intelligent, well trained. That's why they wanted something that sounds like an aristrocrat. Something that sounds elegant.

Lore: Alura was born in the Freljord raised by her father Thon. Thon was a poor man and had to scavenge for food every so often in order to survive. He even sometimes resorted to shady underhanded dealings, that risked his life on more than one occasion, just to get a couple of gold. Thon did care for Alura. so much so he would do anything for her. Alura had a natural talent for controlling the ice. her father knew that so he had her harvest **true ice ** and sell it to the highest bidder. After 4 years of harvesting true ice government officials found out what they were doing and the were arrested for it. Thon was executed to pay for his crimes. In outrage Alura killed the executioner and attempted to kill Tryndamere for ordering the execution. But, her attempts were futile. She was captured and then exiled for her crimes. In her mind she thought he didn't have the guts to kill a girl. At 14, Alura was on her own. No home, no family, and no where to go. She resorted to going to the streets of Zaun. She started taking shady jobs to boost her reputation. Then when everyone knew her name as a sign of respect, she made sure that they all preyed that they did not here her name. By 20 she had been know in Zaun as the assassin for hire. She killed anyone she was hired to to do and always left them frozen and shattered. When she was approached by summoners in order to join the league of legends, she was skeptical because there wasn't much in it for her. They said that she could kill Tryndamere she wasn't swayed by that though. The only thing that got her in was 5000 gold for each match.
Given your themes, I believe Ichedna could work. :d
