PSUICOUNT - An Easy Way to CALCULATE Your Strength IN-GAME!
Psuicount (su-E-count) is a form of calculation—created by me (Psuixide)—that I use in League of Legends to determine my overall strength, help me manage their time correctly, and allow me to understand what I am doing or not doing correctly. Using Psuicount in games will allow players to do simple math (10 seconds of in-head work) in order to figure out how strong they are relative to a normal player. Psuicount is intended to be for mid laners because I am a mid main myself and I have not experimented with it outside of mid. However, it most likely can be used for top laners as well and maybe even bot with a few minor tweaks. Let me first explain what Psuicount is and how it can benefit all players of any ELO.
Psuicount is a series of easy calculations that you can make in order to determine your own strength in any given game of Summoners Rift League of Legends. The calculations will give players a number such as +30, -24, +5 where having 0 would be even, being positive would be playing above average, and being negative would mean you are (most likely) playing below average. The calculations start with the game time.
01:00 means that each player should have 0 Psuistack, the points represented with +/-. The reason it is 0 and not 1 is because nothing in the game has really happened yet. We start the counting at 02:00 where every player should have 10PS (Psuistacks). Realistically, it is actually impossible to reach the requirements at the beginning of the game. Getting 10CS at 2 minutes would mean that you perfectly farm the first wave at 1:30, and somehow luckily get 4 right as 2 minutes roles up which is not possible. I personally like to hold myself to the standard of 20 cs at 3:30 wave because it means that I get around 5 cs per wave and it sets me up for success while also leaves me in the 0/-10 range which is close to even. Here is a point system for how much a Psuistack is worth.
TIME EXPECTATION: One minute (minus one) = PS Number x10 (Psuistacks) [Example: 7 Minutes… 7 - 1 = 6… 6 x 10 = 60 (SHOULD HAVE 60 PS)]
10CS = 10 PS (Psuistacks) [Example: 60CS = 60 PS]
One Kill = 10PS [Example: 6 Kills = 60 PS]
Having 0 Deaths. = 10PS [Example: 2/0/5 = 10PS for the 0 deaths]
Two assists = 10PS [Example: 2/0/5 = 20PS] (You can also count 5PS for every assist but I usually just do it the way mentioned and sometimes tick the +5 at the end of the calculations.)
One Death = -10PS [Example: 0/2/0 = -20PS for the 2 deaths]
These are the basics for Psuistacks, now I will give real possible in-game examples.
Example #1: 3/0/4 - 157 cs - 18 minutes.. Simple math, take one away from 18 (17). 170 is the expected number 3 Kills = 30PS 0 Deaths = 10PS 4 Assists = 20PS 157 CS = 157PS Total: 217PS of expected 170. You would be +47 which means that you are doing very well.
Example #2: 7/6/5 - 131 cs - 21 minutes Take one away from 21 (20). 200 is the expectation. 7 Kills = 70PS 6 Deaths = -60PS 5 Assist = 20PS (Rounded answer) 131 cs = 131PS
Total: 161PS (or 167 if you don’t round) of expected 200. You would be -39 (-34) which means you are doing something wrong (maybe work on your CS)
Although Psuicount can't determine EVERY a player is doing (Positioning, split pushing, other objectives, etc.) and it honestly only works for Mid/Top laners or maybe ADCs as well. But it is a way for you to help yourself be more self aware of what is actually going wrong in your games. Maybe you have too many deaths and you need to play safer, or maybe you have spent too much time fighting and not enough time split pushing. It is supposed to help you become more aware of your games and properly evaluate yourself. You can even set goals with this. I always try to get +30 by 20 minutes, and from there I can use that +30 and maybe give up 10 of the PS in order to take an objective or help another lane. This is all just a way to properly calculate your time with your actions so that you don’t spend too much time doing or not doing one thing.
