Champion Idea/Concept - Audeni

Starting Stats:
Health- 500 (+75) Health regen- 5/5 secs (+2 per 5) Mana/Energy- N/A Mana/Energy regen- N/A Damage- 58 (+3) Range- 525 Armor/MR- 30,30 Attack speed- .67 (+.025) Movement speed- 340
Abilities: (Please do note that if you do not have the allotted amount of gold, your abilities will not cast. If you do not have enough gold for Counterfeit then it will automatically toggle off)
Robbery (passive)- Upon killing a champion, Audeni is granted +150 gold, which is reduced to 50 on assists. (On top of base amount)
Coin Toss (Q ability)- Tosses a heavy golden coin in target direction, dealing 45,70,95,120,145 (+40/45/50/55/60% AD) to the first enemy it hits. This cost is refunded if it kills the hit unit. Cost: 10/12/14/16/18 gold Range: 675 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds
Counterfeit (W ability) (passive only)- When activated, auto attacks consume 3 gold but deal 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% (+.5% AD) of the targets current health. When deactivated Audeni gains +1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 gold/5 seconds. Does not effect structures.
Golden Glow (E ability)- Upon activation, Audeni gains 2x attack speed for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5. Cost: 45/45/45/45/45 gold Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds
Inflation (R ability)- Audeni selects a target within 650 range of himself, dealing 200/300/400 (+100% AP) (+60% AD). If the target dies, they lose 80% of their current gold and it is granted to Audeni. Cost: 100/150/200 Cooldown: 150/135/120
Role/Best usage of Audeni in all stages of the game:
General Role- To be your teams bottom lane marksman carry, to be the one dealing the most AD. Audeni is the one who YOU DO NOT want in your base.
Early Game (Lv's 1-8)- Try to get as many kills as possible during this stage, because of your passive you can get incredibly fed. Try (whenever possible) to get the final blow with Inflation, to put you way ahead in lane. If you get behind as this champ, it may be hard to get back. Nami would be the ideal support to be paired with, considering you have no sustain or CC. DO NOT GET BEHIND IN CS/KILLS!
Mid Game (Lv's 9-14)- By now, team fighting should have started, so start doing so! Make sure to sit behind your tankier teammates and blast away! Your W ability makes you great at taking down tanks, so don't be afraid to target them.
Late Game (Lv's 15~)- Take down as many champions as possible with Inflation, while staying alive as long as possible.

Masteries: 21 9 0, taking points in pure damage whenever possible.
Runes: 9x Damage marks, 4 seals of scaling health, 5 seals of health, 9 glyphs of CDR, 3 quints of gold per 10.
This should be your go-to setup. You're gonna wanna take a point in W first so that you can have the passive extra gold while in lane, then get a point in Q for some extra poke/farm. Exhaust can be very useful on Audeni to help him deal extra damage plus get in range for Inflation.

My reasoning behind Audeni: There are no champions in LoL who use gold as a resource, why not? Also, there are no ADC's who don't use mana, why not? Just my reasoning (: .
Looks/Appearance: Like a statue with a goldish-yellow glow. Human-esque. His Q ability is a very simple large circular coin thrown in a straight line, upon impact it disappears. His W ability (when activated) makes where he walks glow gold for about a second before fading. His E ability turns him almost neon-gold, very very bright and obvious. His R ability shows money being sucked for the target.
Final notes: Second champion idea that I've come up with. I'm very new at this game and still have a lot to learn.
