Hello everyone, this is my first champion concept idea. I'm pretty creative when it comes to lore and stuff, but I'm struggling on developing a kit. the link is a image likeness I randomly found on the net. I don't like the skull thing and the red marks under the eye,

Name: Rain

Image: Rain is a petite female wearing a tattered black mini dress. It looks like it's hundreds of years old with peices ripped completely off. She has wavy black hair down to the middle of her back. Her eye's are bitch black and her Iris is a golden color. Two horns protrude out the side of her head and jolt forwards instead of upwards. She carries a sword and weilds it with one hand.

Mount Targon

Lore: Everyone knows Rain, they just don't realize it. Visit any town throughout Valoran and you'll see statues of her likeness. Every child has heard the tale at night when being put to bed by a tentative parent. "Don't get out of bed or Rain will catch you." A scourge in legends, bringer of destruction, Omen of the end of times, the image of all that is bad. Thousands of years ago a people watched as she lead numerous children out of villages never to be seen again, thus giving her the name she has, but history does not do her justice. Early during the Rune Wars of Valoran Rain was a mere girl, fleeing from war. Her father was a smart man that made his way through the land and eventually got his family to Mount Targon. They lived in a small shack in the mountains avoiding the choas of the times completely. Years after Rain had grown into a women, she had conceived a child from a deserter from one of the warring tribes of the area. After a mad love that ended with him dying, she lived alone with her child in the mountains. Once her little girl was four, everything changed. Her childs father was from a tribe known as the Rakkor, and they believed the child was their right to train as a warrior. Rain was powerless to stop them as the soldiers leader walked off with her little girl. She pleaded and begged, but to no avail. After the event was over she fled to a ravine near her shack. She was prepared to end everything. But across the ravine were two.....things...fighting. It was a battle of epic proportions One of the monsters was a large red man with horns and a great sword. The other was a raven haired women with black eye's and horns. As the battle raged on, the red fighter appeared victorious, chunking the limp women down the deep ravine. After it seemed safe rain made her way down the ravine, using her knowledge of the landscape to traverse the unpassable terrain. Once she reached the bottom she found this thing, dying, but alive. Still thinking of her daughter, she pleaded with the spirit for help. Then a dark pact was made. "In Exchange for your body I can save your daughter. You will be a part of me and together we will save her." She had no choice. As their souls began to merge, something went terribly wrong. She could feel the spirits evil intent. She knew it had no intention of keeping their deal. As their souls merged she fought with every fiber of her being, and somehow, when everything was over she was in control of her new form. The spirits form. Instantly she ran to the Rakkor's camp with speed unimaginable without thinking. She yelled for the leader of the rakkor to face them, but again...luck was not on her side. The Solari were meeting the rakkor and even with her new found strength, she was fended off. Fleeing back into the mountains, she trained. She learned the abilities of her new body, and went back to steal her daughter. It was too late, she had been put to test in combat with another clan member and died. She waited for time to ravage her, but it didin't, she waited for hunger to gnaw at her, but it didn't, she waited for the end of the world, but it never came. So she finally vowed after so long that she would never be too late again. She would be every childs saviour. The spirit inside had already created a stigma for itself before she was in control of the body, so she did what she could. Saving who she could, feared by all, but saving them. The unsung hero. Keep in mind this is just a concept and I really need to refine it, but I don't know of a hero like this in league lore and thought it would be a original twist. I need to go into more detail about her powers, but I don't really know yet. Black flames she can manipulate, and a lot of mobility.

For map teasers there could be a child running into a bush with a slight laugh just a the edge of vision.

For kit, I'm hoping for something along the lines of an ap fighter or jungler. I was hoping for some community input on kit ideas. A CC move called gather the lost, idk.
