im level 18 with 1900 rp, should i get the starter pack?

So im only interested in the 10 win xp boost and the 4 win ip boost which together would be 640 rp together... should i get it??

I don't think it's that amazing of an idea to buy xp boosts, solely because while you do level up much quicker, you skip a lot of games to get to 30, and you lose out on learning experiences, and then you'll probably get stuck in habits and then get screwed over.

You're better off waiting until the 22nd, when all the boosts become half off.

when i started i got the starter pack, and i think it was worth it. the other thing that i recommend spending your RP on are rune pages on the 22nd. 2 for 1 deal!
