Champion concept: Kephas - Sage of the dunes
Doing another one, maybe I'll keep going until Riot hires me Kappa. This is going to be a champion that focuses on zone control.

Passive: Stone skin: Taking damage increases armor and magic resists by a 1% per 5% health lost, this effect caps after 2 seconds of the first instance of damage and falls off after 3 seconds of not receiving damage. Basic abilities interact with sand stones, with varying affects based on if the stones are alone, form a wall or form a cage between the intersections of each stones aura. costs 50 mana, 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown.
Q: Magic Surge: fires a beam of energy in a line 600 units, if it intersects with a sandstone it will be extended an additional 600 range, when hitting a wall configuration the extended beam will exit the last stone at the same angle it entered the first, when hitting a cage configuration it will exit each stone around the edge of the cage at the same angle it entered the first as well as firing an additional blast towards the center of the cage. costs 65 mana, 6 second cooldown.
W: Runic burst: Destroys a target Sandstone, dealing area of effect damage, stones liked to the destroyed stone forming a wall will emit a pulse dealing damage and silencing enemies near them, if the destroyed stone is linked to a cage configuration enemies within the cage will be rooted briefly and take damage over time. costs 80 mana, 8 second cooldown.
E: Resonate: Cast on a single stone will slow enemies in the stones aura for 2 seconds, cast on 2+ stones in a line will create a wall which will act as terrain and block dashes for 3 seconds, cast on 3+ stones forming a cage will prevent mobility abilities from being used inside the area for 4 seconds. Changing the configuration by adding or removing stones will change the effect and refresh the duration.
R: Sandstone: places a sand stone in a target location dealing damage in a small area, sand stones take 3 hits and last until killed, sand stones produce an aura in a small area and will link with other stones with intersecting auras to form a wall or cage, aura range increases based on levels in the ability. 8 sand stones can be active at once and placing a 9th will destroy the oldest one. This ability is available at level 1, no mana cost. Auras passively have no effect. Abilities have different effects when cast on one stone or multiple intersecting stones. 4/3/2 second cool down.
