[SKIN IDEA] Butler Singed

I'm sure this one has been suggested before. Still, it'd be an awesome cheapie skin to make.

Singed's Bulwark would be a silver platter, the bottle on his back could be a fancy wine, and he'd be wearing a stereotypical butler outfit, but Zaun-ified.

I question why this one hasn't been done yet. Waiting for an appropriate event or skin lineup?
