Champion Concept- Scarlet, The Hunted Archeress
Hey, tell me your thoughts on my champion idea! The scalings and cooldowns aren't completed, but i have the ideas right now. Primary: Marksman Secondary: Assassin
Passive: Narrow Escape If Scarlet were to be suppressed, stunned, snared, immobilized, rooted, knocked-up, or knocked-back, she instead becomes invisible and gains 20% movement speed for 2 seconds (90 second cooldown, reduced to 60 seconds at level 11). She also gains 20% movement speed on kills or assists. Q: Precise Aim Scarlet charges up an arrow for up to 4 seconds, targeting an enemy. The attack gets more and more precise over time, gaining physical damage over 2 seconds and having 10% to 30% armor piercing, increasing over 2 seconds. If the target leaves range or the arrow is not shot, half the cooldown and cost are refunded. The target gets a mark on them to show that they are being targeted by Scarlet's Q: Precise Aim. W: Trained Hunter Passive: If an enemy champion attacks Scarlet while this ability is off cooldown, they get Hunting for 3 seconds, recieving 1% ,2%, 3%, 4%, 5% bonus damage from Scarlet for the duration. Hunting gets refreshed upon receiving damage from or dealing damage to Scarlet. Active: Scarlet's next auto-attack, if on a Hunting target, deals 10%-40% bonus damage, increasing based on how low the targets health is, maxing if the target has 40% of their max health. Hunting bonus damage does not apply and Hunting is removed afterwards. This attack cannot critically strike E: Triple Shot For up to five seconds, Scarlet charges up three arrows in her bow, which she can fire in quick succession. Each arrow passes through minions, but not champions, and does physical damage and removes 5% of any hit champions armor for 1 second, stacking up to three times. R: Hunting The Pack For the next 6 seconds, Scarlet cannot use her basic abilities. She gains 10%, 15%, 20% lifesteal And 30% movement speed towards visible enemy champions. Her auto-attacks deal 5%, 10%, 15% bonus physical damage and deals magic damage equal to 10% to 40% of her attack damage on hit, dealing more magic damage to lower health enemies, maxing when the enemy is at 25% health. Hunting The Pack restores 3 seconds of the duration on kills.
