First champ creation ever.

Lore - (Will be added later)

Base Stats: Health: 510 (79 per lvl) Health Regen: 6 (0.49 per lvl) Attack Damage: 50 (1 per lvl) Armour: 20 (3 per lvl) Attack Speed: .6 (1.9%per lvl) Magic Resist: 40 (5 per lvl) Movement speed: 330

Passive: 1. Every 10 auto attacks your next ability is empowered. (more info provided below) 2. Damage against enemys under cc is increased by 10%

Secret Mission: When ever Annie is in the game, at the 30 min mark a new mission will pop up. The mission states that; " Shelia and Annie's have fought over there dark power for to long, they have finally decided to have a final battle" - Which ever champ kills eachother first gains 12% increased movement speed.

Q: Dark Magic Ball (Good name am I right) Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 Range: 650 Shelia throws A Dark magic ball towards a enemy target. If the target is killed Annie gains 10% movement speed for 3 seconds. Deals: 70/90/110/130/150 (%90 ability power) magic damage. Empowered Ability: Your Target takes 10% Increased damage and any enemy's around the target take 40% of the total damage done.

W: Shelia's Bat (Original) Cost: 100/110/120/130/140 Range: 0 Shelia summons a dark bat (Named Tusk) that attacks the last target Shelia has damaged, Tusk does phyical damage. (Lasts 6 seconds) Tusk Does 5 percent of Shelia's and has a attack speed of 1.5. Empowered Ability: Tusk Does 10 percent of Shelia's ability power and has 2.5 attack speed.

E: Shelia's Ghost (Casper is that you ?) Cost: 40/70/100/130/160 Range: 0 Shelia summons a ghostly figure (Looks kinda like annie MHM), annie can control the ghost towards enemy champions which will slow them by 20 percent and cause them to lose 20 percent attack speed. (lasts 5 seconds) Empowered: Ghost lasts 10 seconds and does 80 true damage per 2 seconds to nearby enemy champions.

R: The Fog (Wants to name "The Mist" but didn't want Stephen king to kill me) Cost: 100/110/120 Range: 600 Shelia unleashes a hell lot of dark magic that creates a circular area of fog which causes enemy champions inside the fog to lose vision of anything outside of the fog as well as take poison damage that does true damage per 2 seconds. (Size of about Nasus e, lasts 10 seconds) Poison damage: 100/150/300
