Blind pick draft mode?

Can this be a thing? Blind pick draft mode?

I'm sick of wanting to play blind pick but having 4 people call mid synchronously and sometimes I get sick of playing draft simply because people just love to counter pick. Like literally that's all they do.

So why not combine the two and make a blind pick draft mode.

You choose your roles (preferable only one like Team Builder r.i.p) similar to new champ select and q up, you have pick intent, have bans, then everybody picks their champion at the same time like in blind pick without knowing what the enemy picks.
